It usually takes between 5 to 10 days from the time we recieve your photo to the time it's delivered to you.
Once we have received your photo, we will get started. Our turnaround time for proofs from this point will depend on our current workload as we always give each portrait the individual attention it deserves. We will let you know at the outset of the project approximately how long it will be until you will have proofs to approve. After you have decided which of the proofs you love the most, we'll get it ready to print. The printing process usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Finally, it can take between one to four days for delivery.
Rush service and Express delivery may be available for an additional fee, just contact us directly with the details of your timeframe and we will let you know what we can do.

Choosing the right image for your canvas print is the most important part of the whole process. If you send in a great photo a canvas print will only enhance it so follow the guidelines below to help you in your selection.
The ideal picture is a headshot of the person, pet or a close up of the object. The photos that work best have the following characteristics:
- Quality and resolution are nowhere near as important as a photograph with character and contrast. Shots of the subject being emotive always deliver the best results.
- Good colour contrast and brightness. Make sure the photo is not under exposed (too dark) or over exposed (too bright or too white).
However, you don't have to worry about things like cluttered backgrounds or red eyes, we can fix that. Feel free to send a selection of pictures that you like and we'll use the one that we think will work the best.
Yes, the price is the same no matter how many times it is reproduced.
Our canvas prints take your photos and print them directly onto artist grade cotton canvas using the latest large format printers. The ink penetrates into the canvas so that the texture of the canvas is still visible. The canvas is then laminated with a very thin protective layer that seals in the colours and provides a professional, sharp finish. Finally the canvas is carefully wrapped around a thick wooden stretcher frame ready for hanging directly on your wall.
Yes. We are happy to make some basic revisions to one of your proofs, such as rearranging colours, etc.
If there are certain colours you want us to work with feel free to let us know, otherwise leave it to us and we will create a few choices for you from colours we think best match your photograph. You will receive a preview of the design via email before we print, to make sure you are satisfied with the colours. You can ask to modify the colours as many times as you like until you're totaly satisfied.
You can scan your photo (minimum 150 dpi if possible) and save in JPEG format then upload it via the order page or contact us to arrange to post it.
